TMG’S PRIVACY STATEMENT
Welcome to the TMG Health, Inc. (“TMG”) Website (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and have developed this TMG Website Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) to describe our practices in connection with information we may collect from you (the “User”) and how that information is used, maintained and disclosed. This Privacy Statement applies to this Site and all products and services offered by TMG.
TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED and METHODS OF COLLECTION
TMG collects two basic types of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is data that is unique to an individual and/or User. Examples include the User’s name, email address, mailing address, phone number. TMG does not collect personally identifiable information unless you, the User, chose to provide it to us. TMG does not collect User’s financial data, medical data or any data that may be associated with race, religion, sexual orientation or political opinions of a specific identifiable User.
We use User provided-information to help us provide a User with the information and services requested. Submitting voluntary information constitutes the User’s consent to the use of the information for the stated purpose. If a User clicks the “Submit” button on any of the Site’s forms, the User is providing voluntary consent to use of the information submitted for the purpose stated. Users can choose not to supply PII and may use the Site anonymously.
TMG may collect PII from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the TMG Site, register with the Site, subscribe to the TMG newsletter, respond to a TMG survey, fill out a TMG form, and in connection with other TMG activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
TMG does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we inadvertently receive any such data, we will make no use of it. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
TMG may collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This information may not identify you personally, but can provide us with data on Site usage, either individually or in the aggregate. Non-PII may include a User’s internet domain; User’s IP address from which the Site was accessed; the type of browser and operating system used to access the Site; the User’s browsing history; cookie technology and similar technology information.
HOW COLLECTED INFORMATION IS USED AND/OR SHARED
TMG does not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personally identifiable information (PII) to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to PII regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission. In the future, TMG may disclose, share, transfer, sell, buy, merge, partner with other companies or businesses, or sell assets in the event of bankruptcy. In such transactions, TMG may include User information among the transferred assets.
TMG may collect and use Users’ PII voluntarily provided to us for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize User experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
- To improve our Site: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
- To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
- To send periodic emails: We may use the User’s email address to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If the User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, they may do so by contacting us via our Site.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION; SECURITY
TMG retains Users’ data collected through the Site and destroys the data when the purpose for which it was provided has been fulfilled, unless we are required to keep it longer due to federal or state regulations. Processed or aggregated data and reports generated by TMG may be retained for longer periods.
We have reasonable security measures in place to help protect PII that we collect and retain. However, no system can be completely secure, and we make no guarantees as to the safety or security of any information transmitted through our Site.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
TMG may change this Privacy Statement from time to time; when updates are made, the version date (located at the bottom of this Privacy Statement) will be updated to reflect that a revision occurred. We encourage you to periodically review the Site and this Privacy Statement to see if there have been any changes that may affect you.
This Privacy Statement is not intended to, and does not, create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.

TMG may use the services of cloud-based service providers which store and process information in the United States.
TMG may store and process information in various sites throughout the globe, including on sites operated and maintained by cloud-based service providers. If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where the transfer of your personal information to another jurisdiction requires your consent, then by agreeing to comply with this Privacy Statement, you provide us your express and unambiguous consent to such transfer.
