Debra Kircher Joins TMG Health as Vice President of Medicaid Services to Drive the Growth of Medicaid Business

King of Prussia, PA, USA, August 9, 2010 – TMG Health, the leading provider of strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to the government health plan market, announced that Debra Kircher has joined the organization as the Vice President of Medicaid Services.

Kircher will be leading and growing the Medicaid Services operation which supports customers engaged or expanding into the highly regulated Medicaid market. Additionally, Kircher will consult with customers to integrate their input into the wide-ranging Medicaid services offered by TMG Health in order to meet the demands of increasingly complicated government processes, escalating system acquisition costs and a growing shortage of plan resources. In her career of 20+ years of operational leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, Kircher has specialized in process development planning and execution, technology enhancement, and cost control.

“What attracted me to TMG Health is its philosophy, leadership and innovation in executing the detailed requirements of Medicaid plan administration.” Kircher said. “TMG Health offers a unique mix of diverse, high-quality operational services that deliver practical solutions and reliable results. And the combination of technology-enabled processes with superior customer service is remarkable.”

“I am also impressed by the company’s growth trajectory,” added Kircher. “During a period of economic downturn, TMG Health is growing rapidly and continues to reinvest in its operations.”

Robert Dunn, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TMG Health commented, “This is a very exciting time for our company. With increasing government regulations combined with competitive and economic challenges, our customers are under more pressure than ever to develop operational excellence, reduce capital and operating costs, ensure compliance and improve plan performance and customer satisfaction. Debra’s extensive experience compliments our distinctive approach to implementing solid administrative services for Medicaid health plans.” Dunn added, “We are delighted to welcome this talented new member to our senior management team.”

In addition to operational responsibilities, Kircher will provide guidance and leadership to various areas of the company to ensure that current trends and issues concerning Medicaid are addressed and successfully implemented. According to Dunn, “With Debra staying abreast of regulatory changes and mastering operational excellence and customer service support, our clients have the opportunity to provide Medicaid plan administration with confidence and integrity satisfying providers and members alike and exceeding all expectations.”

Kircher responded, “Healthcare reform has created a tremendous environment for growth and innovation for TMG Health and our clients. I am delighted to participate and contribute as a key member of the TMG Health team.”
