Meet Joe...

Hello. I am Joe Berardelli and I began an internship program with TMG Health in the IT Production Control Department. During my program, I had the opportunity to work on special projects with the IT department and gain exposure to many of the things I learned from the classroom. Upon my graduation from Marywood University with a degree in Business Information Technology, I was offered a full time employment opportunity as a Production Control Analyst in the same department where I completed my internship. I couldn’t have asked for better opportunity than to land a career shortly after graduating with a growing Company. Now, I get to grow along with TMG Health – I was recently promoted to Production Control Analyst II.

Meet Vince...

I’m Vince Walker, and this is my story: My journey wasn’t typical of most interns. I started with TMG Health as a Customer Service Representative and later moved into a Quality Control Specialist position. While working full-time in the Call Center, I was attending McCann School of Business and Technology for an Associate’s degree in Network Administration. When I had the need to complete an internship in my field of study as a prerequisite to graduate, I, of course, thought of TMG Health! I was able to I obtain permission to do my internship in IT Technical Support during my “off hours” of my regular job. Soon after graduation, a position opened up in IT, and I moved full time into IT as a Systems Administrator. Subsequently, I have been promoted yet again and am now enjoying learning a new area of Production Control. It was the perfect opportunity for me, and I am so thankful that the Company offered me this flexibility and allowed me to go “out of the box” to gain the experience needed to land the dream job.
