Premium BillinG and Delinquency Management
The TMG Health premium billing process is managed in accordance with our clients' policies and procedures and meets all Medicare and Medicaid regulations. The Trizetto Facets system is configured to handle individual and group member premium billing process, automatic withdrawal from member accounts and credit card payments. In addition, TMG Health manages the delinquency process in accordance with CMS regulations and process disenrollments for non-payment of premium as necessary. Performance reporting is provided on a monthly basis.
