The NexTalk TTY service, offered in conjunction with TMG Health’s strategic sourcing solution or as part of a component solution for Member and Provider Call Center Services, is an advanced intuitive solution that can directly impact CMS Medicare Star Ratings and improve the member experience.

The service features a two-way text conversation where all keystrokes are live between the member and the Call Center agent. In addition, all conversations can be stored electronically, making them readily available in the event of a government audit.
