TMG Health Customers Migrate to Latest Software Platform King of Prussia, PA, December 12, 2005 – TMG Health, the leading national provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, announced the migration of its customer base to the latest TriZetto Facets® system version 4.21. Health plans using TMG Health services will be able to take advantage of the full function of the newer software without incurring the incremental operating and capital costs and additional staffing normally associated with software upgrades. In addition, TMG's customers will experience an upgrade process that has been thoroughly tested and documented in advance of the upgrade activity. These benefits combine to provide customers with a “safe haven” for the technological support of their Medicare and Medicaid business. Some of the features included with the upgrade are workflow configuration and tracking modules, Medicare Part D subsidy levels, secondary drug insurance tracking, and the incorporation of the new rules surrounding election periods. All of the CMS Part D reporting requirements are included as well. TMG's clients will receive highly automated enrollment capabilities specifically designed to support the volumes associated with Part D processing or large group retiree enrollments. Jack Tighe, CEO of TMG, says the company has already transitioned many of its customers. “Our National Operations Center in Scranton, PA has successfully migrated numerous customers and plans on a complete migration by early 2006. We have fully tested the new software and have created all necessary training materials for our end users. The new software's support of Part D processing, consumer-driven requirements, business intelligence and enhanced HIPAA tools will deliver significant benefit to TMG's customers.” In addition to providing its users with the latest version of Facets and a highly automated enrollment system, TMG has automated key front-end processing functions and EDI processing. Eric Corkhill, VP Sales & Marketing states, “TMG is committed to driving down the costs for health plans to enter the increasingly competitive Medicare Advantage market. Our highly automated processes, combined with our expertise in Medicare regulations, make TMG the ideal business partner for health plans or large employer groups who are planning on expanding into the senior segment.” About TMG Health TMG Health is a privately held corporation located in suburban Philadelphia with a National Operations Center in northeastern Pennsylvania.
