TMG Health Names New General Counsel

King of Prussia, October 1, 2007 –TMG Health, the leading national provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent M. Dadamo as the new General Counsel for TMG Health. Dadamo will serve as a member of TMG Health’s executive staff and assume responsibility for the complex legal, contract and regulatory issues impacting TMG Health’s operations.

Mr. Dadamo has extensive experience in BPO services, managing public companies, various compliance matters and handling complex corporate legal issues. He has 25 years of prior experience working in two rapidly growing companies which provide BPO services and computer maintenance services. Mr. Dadamo is particularly adept in working in technology-enabled BPO services companies, dealing with internal and external clients, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance matters and healthcare issues.

Prior to joining TMG Health, Inc., Mr. Dadamo served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ICT Group, Inc. In this position, he advised and counseled the CEO, Board of Directors and other executives and management on a variety of matters, managed public company reporting and compliance, was a lead negotiator in merger and acquisition activity, negotiated a variety of significant commercial agreements, selected and directed outside counsel, and handled employment law issues.

Prior to his employment at ICT Group, Dadamo was Associate General Counsel and later General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for DecisionOne Corporation (and it predecessors). He handled various employment law matters, selected and directed outside counsel and negotiated and provided legal counsel for the successful closing of more than 50 acquisitions in the United States, Canada and Europe, the successful restructuring of the company, and numerous commercial agreements for the provision of computer and technology services and software licensing in the U.S. and multiple foreign countries.

Dadamo has his L.L.M. in Taxation from the Villanova School of Law and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and graduated Cum Laude. He currently resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
