TMG Health Names New Chief Information Officer

King of Prussia, PA, June 9, 2008 –TMG Health, the leading national provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Bob Masterson as Chief lnformation Officer for TMG Health. Masterson will serve as a member of TMG Health's executive staff and assume responsibility for defining the information technology direction for the organization. In this role, he will provide leadership in systems development, telecommunications, applied technology, technical services, data center operations, office services and strategic companywide and business-unit decisions involving information technology. Masterson will be responsible for creating a seamless information technology function with operations spread out over multiple geographic locations.

Masterson brings to TMG Health over twenty five years of experience as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Head of IT Infrastructure, Head of IT Strategy, and Head of IT Operations for the insurance, healthcare, managed care, long term care, medical benefits, and group healthcare businesses of major Fortune 100 Companies.

For six years prior to joining TMG Health, Dr. Masterson held a variety of key executive, management consulting, and management positions with CitiGroup including Head of Technology for the North American Operations of CitiBank, the world's largest bank, Head of Architecture and Data Warehouse Development for the North American Retail Business of CitiGroup, Head of Transaction Systems Development, and most recently, the position of Vice President of IT - for its Healthcare Systems (functional CIO) where he was responsible for managing all IT healthcare functions and operations for the Global Consumer Business. He was responsible for working with various managed care providers to define company, individual, and group health and benefit plans and integrate the providers IT systems with those used within CitiGroup. He designed, built, and operated a company IT Infrastructure and healthcare website to manage all healthcare functions within the firm, submit claims, select coverage limits and plans, manage employee flexible spending accounts, and exchange claim and customer data with contracted providers.

Other distinguished positions include Chief Information Officer of the Highlands Insurance Group (An AIG Affiliate Company), CTO, Divisional CIO, and VP of Operations of American International Group (AIG), New York, NY, President and Practice Head of Genesis Associates, Head of Systems Development at TRW Financial Systems, (Sister Company of TIBCO), Chief Information Officer of Quest Vision Systems, Inc., and Director of Information Technology at Scientific Calculations, Inc.

Masterson holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from M.I.T. (1977), a M.S. in Engineering from M.I.T. (1974), a B.S. in Physics from Notre Dame (1972), and was admitted to the Harvard Business School MBA program (1974).
