RECORD SALES VOLUME FOR TMG HEALTH King of Prussia, PA, May 16, 2005 – TMG Health, the national leader in providing outsourced Medicare and Medicaid claims management services, announces the signing of nearly $100 million dollars of new business since the beginning of the year. The YTD 2005 sales volume represents nine major contracts. TMG Health’s focused expertise in the Medicare and Medicaid markets has fueled their rapid growth. TMG Health is emerging as the dominant leader in BPO services for the new Medicare Advantage Private Fee For Service (PFFS) arena. The Medicare Private Fee For Service product is one of the more innovative coverage plans available as result of changes brought on by the Medicare Reform Act. According to Jack Tighe, TMG Health CEO, “TMG Health has established itself the leading provider of cost effective administrative services for health plans launching new Medicare Advantage products. In particular, we are pleased that several of the largest health insurers in the nation have chosen TMG Health as their business partner.” In addition to adding new regional and national customers, TMG Health continues to expand services within their extensive customer base. Four of the recently signed contracts are substantial service expansions for existing clients. Three of the contracts are full BPO arrangements for net new clients, and the remaining two new contracts are for special needs plans.
