King of Prussia, PA, October 3, 2005 – Record sales volumes in 2005 have fueled a significant expansion of TMG Health's northeastern Pennsylvania national operations center and associated staff. TMG Health, the leading national provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, has added 70,000 square feet of office space and will be hiring an additional 180 additional employees to support twelve new contracts signed since January 2005.

The expanded operations facility will house a new customer support center as well as the significantly growing enrollment, training, reconciliation, finance and human resources departments. The office space expansion will also house new business units created to support contracts for Medicare Part D processing and the group retiree health plan arena.

Additional support for the burgeoning client base will come from partnerships with Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., (NYSE: ACS), a premier provider of business process and information technology solutions, and IBM. The ACS partnership will provide additional front-end process capabilities including enhanced EDI and image distribution. The expanded partnership with IBM supports the capacity and redundancy needs of TMG's growing data center as well as additional networking technologies.
