TMG Health relies on a strong in-house and at-home workforce to provide quality services to our clients. Periodically, TMG recruits home-based workers for Claims Processing, Preprocessing and Enrollment Services.
Frequently Asked Questions about our Home-Based Opportunities
Q: What equipment do I need to become a home-based employee?
A: You must own your own computer; have high-speed Internet access and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Q: How are home-based employees paid?
A: Pay rates vary based on the scope of the work, but most at-home workers are paid per piece.
Q: Do home-based employees qualify for benefits?
A: Home-based employees do not qualify for benefits, vacation or sick time. However, you may purchase our benefits at full-price.
Q: Do I need to apply for these positions or do I just “sign-up” for the next class?
A: You need to apply for these positions by submitting your resume. Applicants must go through the normal interview process for employment. If selected for an open home-based position, we will enroll you in a training class.
Q: How long are the training classes?
A: The length of the training class varies depending on the scope of the work. Typical training classes are 2 to 8 weeks long, and are held during normal business hours. All training classes are held in our Dunmore and Scranton locations in Pennsylvania. Home-based workers are required to attend the entire training class.
Q: Once trained, do I need to come in to the office?
A: That depends on the scope of the work. You may need to come in to the office for periodic staff meetings, picking up work or computer software installations.

A: When available, home-based positions are posted on our "Careers" page.
